Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire Saloon.
1954 Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire
Just to sit in this beautiful saloon and to take in the aroma of that real plush burgundy leather seating combined with the solid wood trim is truly evocative of those bygone days of true craftsmanship. The Sapphire, which will seat up to four passengers, is an icon of true British coach building and would surely add grace to any wedding either modern or traditional.
Armstrong Siddeley motor cars were first produced in Coventry back in the early part of the 20th century and they were to be found in the collections of many famous people including Queen Alexandra and later King George V.
Affectionately known as Sid. This particular model, finished in Old English White, is a 1954 Sapphire Saloon.
